Shipping Policy
We stand by a 3 business day handling period for shipping all products. Tracking numbers will be provided with all orders, and are available per request if needed.
Shipping costs are a flat fee of $6.95 per order, free on orders above $75.
Domestic shipping in the US only. USPS or UPS are primarily used for delivery needs.
Make sure to include your apartment or suite number in the mailing address.
Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products but understand that tastes can differ. There is a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on your purchase.
Full refunds are offered for products that:
- Has been damaged in shipping
- Do not meet quality expectations, or if you have a different taste preference.
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of your package being marked as delivered. You must contact us directly using the Contact Us page. Please include your full name, order number, and reason for the requested return in the email. Also, include any photos if the package or items arrived damaged.
