- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
- 2 tablespoons coarse ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons ancho chile powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients together. Make sure to remove any clumps in the brown sugar, if any. Taste and adjust as needed.
- Store in an airtight container. This dry rub recipe will stay the freshest for about a month.
