- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine mayo, buttermilk, Dijon, lemon juice, herbs, and spices. Stir together.
- Taste, and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- For best results, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. It will stay fresh for about 5 days.
