Cowboy Sauce is a bold, creamy dressing inspired by cowboy butter, packed with herbs, spices, and attitude. Perfect for dipping wings, slathering on burgers, or drizzling over salads.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine mayo, buttermilk, Dijon, lemon juice, herbs, and spices. Stir together.
  2. Taste, and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  3. For best results, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. It will stay fresh for about 5 days.
