Why You'll LOVE Pulled Turkey

Easy peasy turkey. There are only a few steps with minimal preparation.

Cook it early, or the day before. I’ve found it’s best to serve it fresh, however, the flavor and textures are not compromised if you reheat it properly.

Very juicy. Try this specific process and you’ll see that every bite is very juicy.

Turkey Breast

We’re going to keep it as simple as possible and focus on this one kind of meat. Boneless is best.

Turkey Breast

Remove the skin, carefully so as to not slice up the meat. It should pull off relatively easily, with a little aid from your knife.

season & smoke

Add seasoning and smoke at 250°F for a few hours, until it reaches about 165°F.

wrap in foil

Place the turkey on top of a few tablespoons of unsalted butter, and wrap it up tight.

Continue to smoke until the internal temperature reaches about 200°F.

rest & shred

After resting for 30 minutes while wrapped, pour out the buttery juices and shred.
