Kick up seasonal flavors with Cranberry Jalapeno Poppers filled with tangy cream cheese, savory cheddar, and tart cranberries, all hugged in smoky bacon.
This recipe can be used with any type of grill from a pellet smoker to charcoal or even gas grills.
Mix the cream cheese until it’s smooth and then mix in the cranberries, white cheddar, scallions, and cranberry juice.
Make sure all of the filling mixture is completely covered if possible, and wrap with a piece of thin-cut bacon.
Place them in the smoker at 250°F for about 90 minutes, turn up the heat to crisp up the bacon if desired at the end.
