Rich consomé. While you could drink the bowl on its own, this is reserved for dunking.
Season and sear off the chuck roast in a dutch oven over the fire.

Slowly cook the meat for a few hours with the lid until it's tender and falling apart.
Set your seasoned burgers on the smoker and let them bathe for a bit.
Finished them off over the flames for a nice crust.
